RECOM’s new, cost effective REFIN2U-S90/CL DIN rail AC/DC boasts a 90W rating with a boost capability of 150% for 4.5s to allow for surge loads. Input voltage range is 85-276VAC, rated overvoltage category II (OVC II) up to 5000m altitude, while the output is nominal 24VDC, adjustable to 29VDC. The output has a constant current characteristic in overload and is rated LPS, NEC class 2 according to UL1310. The parts operate from -40°C to +70°C ambient, and a creditable 93.6% efficiency achieved contributes to cool running and long MTBF/lifetime ratings.

The light and slim RACPRO1-RD40 is a high reliability n+1 DIN Rail redundancy diode module in extremely compact dimensions of 135 x 140.4mm with a width of only 43mm. The wide DC input range of 9V to 56V allows connection of Power Supplies with 12V, 24V and 48V outputs in n+1 redundancy operation up to 20A or up to 40A output in sharing/parallel operation. With highly efficient MOSFET-technology the module specially designed for demanding applications in the harsh industrial automation field with only 140mV voltage drop.

RECOM is announcing two new cost-efficient DC/DCs for the rail market with an ultra-wide 11:1 input range to cover all nominal input voltages from 24V to 110VDC, with 24V output and a 12V and 15V output version coming soon. Models RMD40-UW and RMD75-UW have trimmable outputs with reinforced isolation, rated at 40W (60W/10s boost) and 75W (90W/10s boost) respectively. The parts are offered as lightweight baseplate-cooled modules and thanks to their high conversion efficiency of better than 90%, they can operate at full power for OT4+ST1&ST2 classes from -40°C to +85°C with no additional cooling in any mounting position.
